The majority of online purchases can be initiated online. Bring your return to the store if it is more convenient for you.
Return Policy: 30 Days
If you are not satisfied with any Tractor Supply item, whether purchased in a Tractor Supply store or online, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. To accurately reimburse your original purchase price, all returns require proof of purchase.
Purchase Documentation
The cash register receipt serves as proof of purchase for items purchased at your local Tractor Kharido shop.
Store returns without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase REQUIRE MANAGER APPROVAL. Approved returns without a receipt must be accompanied by a valid State or Federal ID. If the item is authorised, it will be returned for the current item price, and any refund will be delivered in the form of a Merchandise Return card. Approved returns with a receipt received after 30 days from the purchase date will be repaid under the Refunds section.
The order confirmation e-mail or shipping confirmation e-mail will serve as evidence of purchase for items acquired online.
Refund
Refunds are issued by crediting the original form of payment if evidence of purchase is provided; in other situations, a store-only Merchandise Return card or Cheque will be issued.
Exceptions to Refund
Original shipping fees are not refunded for online items returned at a Tractor Kharido store or through the Online Returns Center unless there is a delivery error, shipping damage, or a manufacturer defect.
Except when required by law, Tractor Kharido gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
Tractor Kharido items purchased as part of a "FREE" promotion are not refundable.

How Do I Return My Purchase?
You can start your return online or at any Tractor Kharido Store.
In store:
Return your purchase to any Tractor Kharido store within 30 days of purchase for an immediate refund or swap it for something else.
Please bring your order confirmation and an acceptable form of identification to receive an accurate refund of your original purchase price.
Online:
Online refunds are simple! Simply click the Orders link at the top of the page.
Log in, go to the "order history" page, and click the "Returns" button next to the order that contains the items you want to return.
Are you a new user? On the order lookup screen, enter your order information and then click the "Returns" option to begin the returns procedure.
