People who work under the Shramik Rural Housing Scheme 2024 will get a 50000 rupee grant. Take advantage of this!
There have been changes made by the government to help the people. The government is running and starting a lot of programs under this. It seems like the government of Madhya Pradesh is helping the workers build houses in this show. People who work in the "Mukhyamantri Bhawan and Other Construction Workers Housing (Rural) Scheme" in the state are being helped by the government with fifty thousand rupees (50,000/-). This is being run by the Madhya Pradesh Bhawan and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Workers will get this grant amount under the "Shramik Rural Housing Scheme 2024" when they are given a house through the Pradhan Mantri Awas (Rural) Scheme (PMAY-G). The "Tools/Equipment Purchase Scheme 2024" will also give workers up to Rs 10,000 to buy tools.
You can use this government program if you live in Madhya Pradesh state and are a registered building worker. Along with this, the state government will also start a lot of programs to help workers and their families.
Scheme for the Chief Minister and Other Construction Workers to Live in Rural Areas
There are registered building workers in Madhya Pradesh's rural areas who are homeless or live in kutcha or semi-pukka houses. The Mukhyamantri Bhawan and Other Construction Workers Housing (Rural) Yojana is being run to give all of these people pucca houses with basic amenities. In 2013, the Shramik Rural Housing Scheme was put in place by the Madhya Pradesh Bhawan and the Other Construction Workers Welfare Board in the rural parts of the whole state, except for the cities and the Nazul outer area. Under the "Shramik Rural Housing Scheme 2024," the state government will pay back a bank loan grant of at least Rs 50,000 to the chosen winner.
Payment amount for a grant under the Labor Housing Scheme in 2024
This subsidy for building homes for workers will only be given out under the "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana" after the homes have been accepted under the "Shramik Gramin Awas Yojana 2024." The Board will only give out grants worth up to Rs 50,000 each time. The Board will give the relevant grant amount to the District Labor Offices. The District Labor Offices will then make the grant amount available to the districts based on the goal. The funds will be sent to the banks based on the loan cases that have been accepted by the district.
More loans were accepted based on the ability to pay them back.
Under the Shramik Awas (Rural) Scheme 2024, a minimum loan of Rs 50,000 will be given to the beneficiary chosen by the bank. However, if the beneficiary asks for it, and the bank agrees, they can give the beneficiary an additional loan of up to Rs 30,000 based on his ability to repay the first loan. But the state government won't have anything to do with approving this extra loan, and it won't count toward any grants. At the same time, under PMAY-G, the chosen recipient gets Rs 1.20 lakh to help build a house in the plains and Rs 1.30 lakh to help build a house in a hilly or inaccessible area. This gift money is given to the recipient in three parts. Through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Rural, the recipient's bank account will receive three instalments: Rs 40,000, Rs 60,000, and Rs 20,000.
